An elegant Tiffany & Co. 14k lapis lazuli cross heart pendant necklace. Crafted from 14k yellow gold, this necklace boasts a high polished heart-shaped lapis gemstone with a gold chain wrapped in a X crossover design. The pendant hangs from a 1mm curb link chain and secures with a standard spring-ring clasp.

The necklace is stamped 'Tiffany & Co. 14K' on the clasp tag, but based on the look of the hallmark, we believe this may be a copycat of a Tiffany necklace, which was originally designed in 18k gold. Regardless, the necklace is beautifully crafted and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
