Features a textured gold-tone crescent fitted with a swivel disc insert that can flipped to reveal different design. The front side of the disc is inlaid with mother of pearl and 3 small cz diamonds set in star-shaped settings. The reverse side has polished finish with a Victorian style starburst set with a small center diamond.
The pendant comes strung on its original gold cable chain with an extender chain. The necklace and pendant are made from gold-plated brass and the diamonds are simulated.
