Modernist TAXCO Sterling Silver Inlay Collar Necklace, Blue & Green Mosaic Tribal Design, 17.5" L

An incredible modernist TAXCO sterling silver inlay collar necklace. Features articulated panels links with a large single panel pendant and box clasp closure. The panels boasts geometric tribal designs and are inlaid with a mosaic of blue and green stones.

It's difficult to tell what the stones are/if they're natural, but based on their vibrant colors, it is presumed they are color-stabilized. The silver has a natural gray patina with some notable tarnishing, however it does polish up quite nicely. The back of the clasp is hallmarked 'TA-91 Mexico 925' for authenticity. In overall good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
