Large 14K Hardstone Cameo Ring In Rose Gold, Ornate Scroll Motifs, Estate Jewelry, Size 7 1/2 US

A large 14k hardstone cameo ring in rose gold. Features a thick oval cameo relief of a ladies bust set in an ornate scroll motif frame with beaded trim details. Of note on this piece is the incredible detail on the figural, including a semi-translucent fringe collar and teardrop necklace.

While cameos are often found carved from shell, this pieceis made from some type of agate stone and has a unique pinkish/purple hue.

There are no notable hallmarks or makers marks but the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. Portions of the cameo and gold facade bear signs of wear and discolorations, but overall the ring remains in good vintage condition.
