Estate 14K Yellow Gold Carved Jade Enamel Chandelier Earrings, Elephant Repousse, Floral Motifs, 2 3/4" L

Ornate 14k carved jade enamel dangle earrings. Features a linked 3-panel arrangement with stunning repousse designs, delicate enameled decoration, and intricately cut 'Moss in Snow' jade stones.

The 4 jade ovals (2 on each earring) boast matching carved floral motifs and secure to the their respective settings with 4 cardinal prongs. The vibrant gold panels have rounded corners shaped by the profiles of 4 elephants, each with a silver tusk detail, and top/bottom red enamel points. The two panels are linked together with a solid openwork form inlaid with red enamel and tiny jade cabochons.

Earrings hang comfortably from gold posts and secure with omega backs. There are no notable hallmarks or makers marks but the gold has been acid tested for authenticity.

There is damage/discoloration to some of the enamel work, including a missing point on one earrings. There is also some minor discoloration to the side of the gold facade (see photos). Despite it's imperfections, the earrings are incredibly beautiful and in overall good vintage condition.
