Elizabeth Locke 18K Venetian Glass Intaglio Brooch Pendant

An incredible 18K venetian glass intaglio cameo brooch pendant by renowned jewelry designer Elizabeth Locke. Features a gorgeous carved green cameo set in a robust yellow gold oval frame with green cabochons decoration and gold bead accents.

The carved glass is inlaid atop a sheet of mother of pearl, giving an iridescent quality to the semi-translucent scene. The brooch is secured with the designers custom double stick-pin and secures with an interlocking spiraled clasp. The cameo can also be worn as a pendant via a hidden hinged necklace loop attached to the top. The back of the brooch is signed 'E' 18k' and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In excellent vintage condition with minimal wear or discoloration.
