Art Nouveau 14K Amethyst & Pearl Festoon Necklace, Estate Jewelry, 15.25" L

A stunning art nouveau 14k amethyst and pearl festoon necklace. Features a beautiful tiered arrangement of faceted purple stones and baroque seed pearls strung on lustrous yellow gold chains. The bib boasts 9 individually bezel set amethyst stones and 11 small pearls and hangs from a cable link chain secured with a spring-ring clasp.

The necklace is just over 15" long and drapes beautifully along the dcolletage. There are no notable makers marks, but the back of the multi-strand pendant is stamped '14k' and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In excellent vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
