18K White Gold Brilliant Diamond Solitaire Ring, .66 CT Prong Set Diamond Engagement Ring, Size 6 1/2 US

We have an absolutely stunning 18k white gold brilliant diamond solitaire engagement ring from 1956. Featuring a gorgeous brilliant-cut diamond, approximately .66 carats, mounted in a 6-prong setting atop a tapered white gold band. The inner band has been inscribed "R.A.S.T.E.R.E 1956', presumably the original owner's information, and '110211' (not sure what this means). The ring is dazzling and has remained in excellent condition for its age. It would make a magnificent addition to an understated jewelry collection, and looks great on its own or stacked with other pieces. We are confident the diamond is real and have acid tested the white gold band for authenticity.
