Vintage TAXCO Modernist Sterling Silver Fringe Collar Necklace, Graduated Concave Link Chain, Mexico TB-84, 925 Statement Necklace, 18" L

This TAXCO solid sterling silver fringe collar necklace is an absolute must for a modernist/bohemian jewelry collection. The necklace is comprised of a single strand of graduated concave silver links connected on the backside with thick round loops and secured with a box clasp closure. The necklace is made from solid sterling silver so it has a nice weighted feel and fans out beautifully around the base of the neck. A fringe necklace like this looks great paired with a scoop or V-neck and can be paired with casual and formal looks. The back of the clasp has been hallmarked 'Mex 925 TB-84' and the silver has been tested for authenticity. We liked the tarnished silver look on this piece so we've left it unpolished, but it could definitely be cleaned up quite nicely if desired. Overall in good vintage condition with age-appropriate were and discoloration.
