Vintage/Antique Hand-Engraved Sterling Silver Locket, Intricate Designs, Floral Motifs, Ornate Two-Sided Picture Locket, 2 5/8" L

We have a lovely hand engraved sterling silver locket pendant for a victorian style jewelry collection! Featuring a heavily decorate two-sided case with chiseled designs, etched accents, and floral motifs. The locket has two oval-shaped picture windows, one with the a black fabric backing, metal frame and plastic cover, and the other one blank with no frame. The locket is clearly hand-engraved, and some of the cruder cuts can be on the reverse side. The silver is patinaed and there is notable tarnishing to portions of the case (mostly the inside), but the overall beauty of the piece remains. There are no hallmarks or makers makers so we cant be certain of its age, but overall the locket remains in good vintage condition with minor wear and age appropriate tarnishing.
