An absolutely stunning 14k gold art nouveau lavaliere brooch with dangling Akoya pearls accents and floral motifs. This is such an incredible piece that can be worn with versatility and elegance.
The brooch is shaped like a shield with an engraved leaf frame, a flower crest, and has a draped gold chain embellishment. The two pearl cabochons have an iridescent purple/gray hue and are set in gold crown bezel cups dangling from the middle and bottom of the frame. The back of the brooch has a hidden hinge necklace loop at the top and a horizontal safety pin.
The brooch has been marked '14k' and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In very good condition for its age, with minor wear and discoloration.
