A rare Victorian 9ct angel skin coral cameo ring. This piece bears all its original hallmarks and is dated to 1903-1904 from Birmingham, UK. Features an unusual all white high-relief cameo of a lady's bust. The cameo is mounted on a yellow gold band in a crude bezel setting with a hand-engraved accents on the shoulders. The oval setting has and open back with a crack in the setting and a slightly warped egg-shape.
The inner band is hallmarked '9 .375' with the Birmingham anchor seal and and a lowercase 'd' date letter. The ring is also stamped with a jewelers mark 'EN&C.', but we were not able to find any details on the designer. There is some notable warping and wear to the gold band and setting, but the cameo remains secure. In good/fair condition with notable wear and age-appropriate discoloration.
