An incredible moonstone and amethyst ring in 14K yellow gold. This floral-inspired ring features four moonstone cabochons surrounding a beautiful purple amethyst. The moonstone are prong-set with stamped gold spacers set in-between and have a wonderful color-changing property depending on the light.
All the stones remain secure in their settings with some minor surface wear, and the gold retains a clean polished finish with som slight scuffs the facade. The inner ring band bears the maker's mark for Untermeyer Robbins & Co. (UR-14K), a jewelry designer in New York City during the 1920s-1950s, and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In good condition with age-appropriate wear and discoloration.
