Modernist Sterling Silver Multi-Stone Articulated Dangle Earrings, Lapis Lazuli & Malachite, 34.5mm

A unique pair of modernist sterling silver lapis lazuli malachite articulated dangle earrings. Features a tiered design of horizontal half-bezel settings, arranged in increasing size and hinge linked vertically. Each earrings has 6 settings, all rounded on one side and open flat/open on the other. It looks as if the earrings were a single piece cut down the middle, and the design reminds of an abstract fish-bone silhouette.

There are no notable hallmarks or makers marks but the craftsmanship is apparent. All the stone remain secure in their setting with minimal wear. There is some minor discoloration to the back of the silver settings (mostly where the hinges connect), but otherwise the earrings remain in great vintage condition.
