A lovely pair of modernist gold-tone leaf dangle earrings from the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. It features a long 3-dimensional leaf with a slightly folded, concave design, subtle texturing, and vibrant yellow-gold color. The leaves are solid/rigid and dangle from gold-tone fish hooks.
The back of the earrings are stamped 'MMA.USA' and come from one of the many artisan collections the Museum has previously featured in its gift shop. They remain in excellent vintage condition.
