A mid-century 10k emerald ring in yellow gold. Features an emerald-cut green emerald mounted in a decorated with raised gallery designs. The emerald is secured with 4 gold prong clips on each corner and has an open back setting for illumination. The yellow gold setting and band have a gorgeous polished finish and look great paired with the faceted green gemstone.

This ring is quite petite and could make a great men's pinky ring or ladies cocktail ring. There is some minor damage to the stone where the prong clips rub, but nothing that affects the overall look. The emerald is most likely synthetic but we are not gemstone experts. The inner band is hallmarked '10K' and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In good vintage condition with described wear and minimal discoloration.
