Italian 14K Diamond Necklace Heart Cameo Brooch Pendant

A gorgeous Italian 14k diamond necklace heart cameo brooch/pendant. Features a classic relief shell carving of a girlish bust with floral embellishments and a gold diamond necklace set around her neck. The cameo is secured in a yellow gold heart-shaped setting with a lovely ribbon trim. The back of the setting holds a horizontal safety pin with a modern style latch and hinged gold bail designed to fit up to a 3mm chain.

This is such a sweet vintage cameo and has remained in excellent condition. There is one notable dent on the gold setting at the heart's bottom point, and the gold safety pin is slightly warped, but otherwise, the cameo shows minimal signs of wear or discoloration. Made in Napoli, Italy, and hallmarked 'APA,(star), 95, NA, 585' on the back for authenticity.
