A breathtaking Italian 14K amethyst teardrop pendant necklace. Features a beautiful pear-cut purple amethyst sat in a 3-prong setting with an open back. The faceted teardrop is suspended from a solid yellow gold bail and comes with a dainty 0.5mm box chain with a spring-ring clasp.

The back of the pendant bail and chain clasp have been hallmarked '14k' and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. In very good vintage condition with minimal wear or discoloration.
