Antique 14K Filigree OEC Diamond Cameo Brooch/Pendant, Three Ladies Scene, Classic Relief Shell Carving, 53mm

This antique 14k white gold filigree cameo brooch features an ethereal classic relief carving of three ladies dancing around a suspended OEC diamond. The cameo is nearly 2" long and sits in an oval bezel setting with an ornate rectangular filigree frame. The back of the brooch has a horizontal safety fastener with a late 19th-century c-clasp and a hidden hinged necklace loop. The clasp has been marked 14k and the gold has been acid tested for authenticity. There is some minor discoloration of portions of the white gold setting and minor wear to the diamond, but the cameo remains finely detailed and incredibly striking. This cameo brooch is definitely something special and in overall good vintage condition.
