An incredible old pawn Zuni sun face cuff bracelet with a colorful multi-stone needlepoint inlay. The focal point of this piece boasts the iconic Native American sun god/maiden symbol comprised of natural blue turquoise, red coral, black onyx, and white mother of pearl inlays. The stones are arranged in jagged bezel settings and embellished with hammered bead decoration.
The robust setting arrangement is secured to a solid silver cuff with a thick 3-prong design and cannot be adjusted to fit. The silver has a natural gray patina and may be coin or sterling. The back of the cuff (underside the of the center setting) is signed 'MA=A', but we have no details on the age or artist.
All the stones remain secure in their settings with minor wear. There is some notable tarnishing to portions of the silver, but overall the cuff remains in great vintage condition.
